Terms of Sale & SMS Terms

These terms apply to purchases from Anything Plus Inc., doing business as Beis Medrash Shtender, and to our text message program.
Orders and payment
You can order by text message or phone. Before you pay, we text you an order summary with the exact total. An order is placed only after you reply YES and complete payment on our automated phone call by typing your card on your phone's keypad. Prices are in US dollars. We ship within the United States only.
We never ask for card numbers by text message or email. If you text a card number, we delete it and ask you to pay by phone keypad instead.
Shipping
The price is $79.99 per shtender with free standard shipping (ground economy) within the United States. Next-day delivery is available to New York and New Jersey addresses for an additional $10 per order.
Orders ship from New Jersey. Orders placed by 1:30 pm Eastern Time Monday through Thursday, or by 11:00 am on Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed later, or while we are closed (Shabbos, Sunday, Yom Tov and Erev Yom Tov), ship on the next business day. Standard shipping usually arrives in 2 business days to New York and New Jersey; delivery time to other states varies. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
No sales tax is currently charged.
Returns
You may return your shtender within 30 days of the date of sale. It must be unused, in its original box, and in resellable condition. The customer pays the return shipping. To start a return, call or text us or email info@bmshtender.com, and we will tell you how to send it back. Once we receive it and confirm its condition, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method; original shipping charges (such as the next-day fee) are not refunded.
Business hours
Monday through Thursday 9 am to 5 pm, Friday 9 am to 1 pm (Eastern Time). Closed Shabbos, Sundays, Yom Tov and Erev Yom Tov.
Product safety
Always lower the arm to the lowest position before adjusting the reading board angle. Adjusting the board while the arm is fully extended may damage the arms. Not suitable for children under 6.

- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.
