How it works

• You text first. We only send texts to people who text our number. We never add you to a list and we don't send marketing messages.
• What we send: answers to your questions, an order summary with the exact total for you to confirm (reply YES), a notice that we are calling you to take payment on your phone keypad, your order confirmation, and shipping updates with tracking.
• Payment is never by text. We never ask for card numbers by text. You pay on a short automated phone call by typing your card on the keypad, or online at bmshtender.com.
• To stop, reply STOP at any time. You'll get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
• For help, reply HELP, reply AGENT to reach a person, or email info@bmshtender.com.

Where you'll find our number

Our number appears with this notice on our website, and is printed on the shtender itself, on its box and on the insert card, with "Questions? Call or text".
